I’m happily married to my incredible husband, Adam. Fun fact: we met online, and now we’re raising three energetic, sports-loving boys in sunny Arizona. Life with three boys is a whirlwind of activity, filled with practices, games, and cheering from the sidelines. Despite the chaos, I wouldn’t trade it for the world; it’s in these moments that we find joy, teamwork, and the beauty of family connection.

Hi, I'm Jessica!
I embrace life’s simple pleasures — like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, jamming out in the car to my favorite music, and singing and dancing like no one is watching (especially when no one is watching!). When it comes to Taylor Swift, I’m not just a fan — I’m a proud Swiftie. Whether I’m belting out "Shake It Off" in the car or finding life wisdom in her lyrics, Taylor’s music is the soundtrack to my adventures.
And let’s not forget my Disney obsession! I’ll happily chat about park strategies, favorite characters, and why there’s no age limit on twirling in Minnie Mouse ears. Disney brings out my inner child and reminds me that magic is real if you know where to look.
My family and I share our home with three lovable dogs — two golden retrievers and a black lab — who keep life entertaining. They’re always up to something, whether it’s sneaking snacks, digging where they shouldn’t, or giving us those "who, me?" puppy-dog eyes that make it impossible to stay mad. They may keep us on our toes, but their wagging tails and endless affection make every bit of mischief worth it.

With a background in education, my career began with a passion for art and helping others. I earned my degree in Art Education, along with a minor in Ceramics and Art History, and later pursued a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. My journey to achieving my doctorate was met with unexpected challenges — including my university filing for bankruptcy just weeks before I defended my dissertation! Despite the setback, I persevered, transferred my credits, and earned an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership.
I’m also an entrepreneur and proud owner of a boutique, where I get to express my creativity and connect with amazing people every day. I frequently go live to engage with my online community, sharing new arrivals and styling tips. My mission is to help women feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin through thoughtfully curated pieces and a welcoming space for self-expression.

This passion came to life when I hosted my first retreat for an organization I worked with. That experience opened my eyes to the incredible power of creating space for personal growth, mindset shifts, and building high-performing habits. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to hosting retreats that provide women with the opportunity to slow down, focus on meaningful connections, and truly invest in themselves.

"This was my second retreat my first with Jessica in St. George, Utah. I could tell Jessica put her whole heart into it. It was truly amazing! It was filled with deep emotions, fun, & trainings. Snow Canyon is always so peaceful watching the sunrise it was my second time there but what we did after I have been wanting to do forever. We did a sound bath it really was magical & the sun washed over us. We learned line dancing, made our own charcuterie boards, photoshoot, Friendsgiving, & White elephant & so much more!"
